The delays are making me crazy

Hi Everybody,

I applied for the Canadian Immigration under the Skiller Labor category in June 2001 and was told that I will be called for an interview within 24 months and guys its been 36 months now and the haven't responded as yet.

I have written them 2-3 letters inquiring about the progress of my case but no response.

Does anyone has any idea how long are they taking to process cases filed in June 2001. Has anyone recieved anything who applied in the same time frame.

Processing times vary by post, as mentioned in FAQ - you could have at least indicated what post you applied with - maybe someone has relevant local experience.

I applied as a Hardware Engineer.

Speaking of geography; processing times vary by diplomatic post in a specific country / city.

Guys, this wait is driving me so crazy that I forgot to mentioned the place where I applied for the immigration.

I applied in Islamabad. Pakistan as a Hardware Engineer
