OCI - Criminal Proceedings query

What does this question mean?
- Criminal i.e serious convictions only? Including serious traffic violations?

Does it include minor issues like traffic tickets/parking fines as well etc? (in India or the UK - it says anywhere)

I cant find any guidance for this - so wondering what the expectation is here.
