Tier 1 dependant maintenance using Hi-Save online statement?

Post by rsathish » Fri Dec 16, 2011 9:00 am

Hello

I am in the process of applying for my wife's Tier 1 dependant visa.

I just encountered that the statement for my maintenance funds are from the ICICI Hi-Save account.

These are not exclusively online account but their statements are delivered electronically only.

I checked with ICICI UK but, they wouldn't provide any supporting letters to confirm its authenticity as required by UKBA, stating it is not their standard procedures.

Did anyone face any similar issue recently? and get their visa approved / rejected due to this?

Thanks,
Sathish

Why dont ask them to stamp and sign the statements? I don think this should be a problem.

ICICI India wouldn't do it as it is UK a/c.

And I'm in India now.

Yes, you are right.

You may have to walk into one of the ICICI bank branches in UK and get the statements printed, signed and stamped and they charge £10. I am afraid that's the only option.

I had to come back and post the statements to India.
