I think it's including weekends and not working days, because when you calculate time for ILR you include weekends.

Anyone disagree?

ok thanks.. so i have look for appointment 6 weeks before my visa expire.

which is better way to check online or call them. they r making money they never answer call before 10 mins of call

No you need to look for an appointment 4 weeks before your leave expires. The earliest you can apply is 28 before-that's 28 calendar days not 28 working days.
