Nationality checking services

Hi everyone
Could anyone recommend an NCS service for N Ireland. If there is no such thing in Belfast, could one travel to say Manchester or Cardiff for such a service ?

You can use any NCS.

I live in Scotland where there are none either, had to travel to Newcastle to use the NCS there.
