regrding the bank statments

i order the bank statments from 15 dec to 15 of march but due to techincal problems in the bank my balance goes down to -35 pound on 15 march and it is cleared on 16 of march. I took from 15 dec to 16 march and the bank gave one letter that the mistake is from the bank and the money was cleared on 16 march . sorry for this inconvience caused by the bank this person named so and so he is maintaining the funds for 90 days.Is there any problem in this case ? can you please give me help....

if bank is clearly saying that and they have provided you with a signed letter with the above mentioned statement and it is not your fault then it is not a problem

You need to provide cover letter with you application, explain your situation in it and provide some hard evidence from the bank, like letter from the bank about it. I would treat it very seriously because there are many people who were refused visas because of maintenance funds.
