Tier 1 General dependant application

Post by sameer_info2003 » Sun May 27, 2012 9:55 am

Hello,

I am in UK on Tier 1 general visa which is valid till Nov. 2013.
I am planning to apply for the dependent visa of my wife.
I work as an IT contractor and run my own limited company.
As a supporting document , (I came to know through this forum),
I am planning to submit share certificate showing myself as the owner
of the company. But the share certificates needs to be signed.
I am the managing director of the company and I do not have any secretary.
On the share certificate there are 3 places where signature is required.
1)Director, 2) Director/Secretary, 3) Witness.

I do not know , if it will be fine if I sign at 2 places .
Will this be a problem ?????

Please help.

Sameer

No - but remember that you will be paying tax and NI on this salary and the company must also be set up as an Employer with HMRC to run the PAYE system. Neither have been mentioned so do make sure that your company is complying with its tax obligations.
Please don't private message me or e-mail me for free personal advice - you are just wasting your time writing something that won't get answered.

Where did you read / become aware that you need to provide shareholding details of your company to support an application of entry clearance by your (PBS migrant's) dependant?

See also Guidance - Tier 1 (General) Dependent application.

And, please don't make multiple posts on the same topic.

My wife used to work in past but has resigned and since past 4 months she is at home in India.
While filling the the form for dependent visa , what answers shall I specify for the below ?

1)Do you receive income from any other sources‚ including friends or family?
2)Do you have savings‚ properties or other income‚ for example‚ from stocks and shares?
3)How much of your monthly income is used to support your family members?
4)How much do you spend each month on living costs?

Please answer.

Regards,

Sameer

How do you expect strangers to know if:
1. your wife receives any income as stated.
2. your wife has any savings as stated.
3. she spends any part of her income to support family members.
4. your wife's living costs.

Strangers cannot answer such questions!!

And once you have received that help, you didn't think twice before deleting your posts - thereby making the topic useless! How would you feel when you search for answers and only see topics with responses but no queries??

If you choose to post in a public forum, do appreciate that those who answer queries make the effort not just for the benefit of those who are posting the queries but also for the benefit of others who may have similar queries and can benefit from the information already available on such forums.

Deleting posts after receiving responses just displays selfish attitude.
