Tier 1 (General) version 04/12 - Need help in arranging

Post by random.thoughts » Fri Jun 29, 2012 9:48 am

Hi,

I am currently filling Tier 1 (General) version 04/12 form and I have printed as double sided copy.

On Page 9, it says

"If you are producing a double-sided copy of this
application form, please include this page and
make sure it falls on the reverse of the payment
details page in the two-sided copy.
For administrative reasons, it is important that
the rest of the form begins with Section 2 -
Applicant’s Details facing upwards"

Page 7 - has payment details
Page 8- has dependent details
Page 9 - has this instruction
Page 10 - Has Section 2 - application details

Can you tell me how I am supposed to place these pages such that instruction is on reverse of payment details and Section 2 still facing upward? ( There is page 8 - dependent details between them)

Thanks

I had printed a double sided copy, except for pages 9 and 10 which I printed as single side copies, so that rest of the form begins with Section 2 - Applicant’s Details facing upwards. That is the important part of the statement

The part which says - please include this page and make sure it falls on the reverse of the payment details page is irrelevant here. Maybe this statement has been there since many versions when this would have been falling on an even numbered page(similar to the current dependant form) and has stuck through with addition of pages and content

Having a single sided print of the entire form is to me an avoidable waste of resources and just makes the form bulky.

I agree with this synopsis and did exactly the same when I applied.

Use binder clips and do not staple the form.

TESCO does a set of pins, clips for £1.64 or something.

TIP: Fill the form with blue pen except the payment details page which is to be filled in BLACK

Keep all 12 month Bank statements in a A4 folder
Keep all 12 month wage slips in another A4 folder
Keep any extra evidences supporting you application like employer letters in a separate A4 folder

PHOTOCOPY: only the payslips.
