I am agree with you if you really insist that Mr Marfat can win the case or either do have any concrete evidence then cone out with proof not like just talking it is natter for our future why dont you any post any winning cases by Mr Marfat pr either dont waste our time we alredy hopeless aftr applying PSW on basis of fundam level

King Khan's case appear to be more genuine than the other two. He has won the appeal already in the UTT and waiting for Home office to ask for his passport to be stamped. Think Home Office hasn't appealed his decision.

True hes more credibile than others coz he using this forum for longtime aswell and but waiting for his visa to be stamped then we ll contact with his lawyers if my visa got refuseed but i dnt knw how long they gonna take really worried abt now

I don't want to repeat what I said in the previous post I wrote.
One thing I want to tell you is that I beg you guys, please please do stick with your current solicitor (if you have one) and take whatever the decision it will be from UKBA.

Do I really mean what I said above?
No! I want you guys to get PSW visa as well!!

Why can't you guys just make a phone call to him? Just one call will do.

About a year ago, I didn't even know that ACCA fundamental level is equivalent to UK college degree and my student visa was going to expire at the end of 2011. I desperately needed to stay in the UK in order to finish my ACCA exams and find a job. So I just googled 'acca psw visa' and find out all that informations about psw visa with ACCA and that's how I met Marfat (as someone on that online thread was referring him).

I consider myself lucky to meet him and that's why I try to help others who are in the same situation I was in.

Bro the thing is why dont you come out with concerete evidence instead praising Mr Marfat on forums.
If he won your case then why dont you put winning appeal on forum..
Look some other people who their cases they have put thier decision on forums and you can do also ...if it is confidential you can hide your name with black ball point ,....

Thank you for your reply..i need prove before we contact wid him i know about ten of my friends applied and we all will go togther to that solicitor who will give us prove or either more credible.,bro its matter of our futures if you have prove then provide..i can trust on you but a lot other people who put thier appeals on the forums then why u are so reluctant..it will not going to harm u anywz

Btw, you know I don't work for him or anything so I have no reason to give you my decision letter from UKBA.

But if you ask him to send a 'concrete proof' he will be able to do so as he told me that he has another appeal allowed successfully as well.

It was ages ago and I didn't save the link. However, I can remember that the person won using the same arguments, equivalent to degree, ACCA has a royal charter and so on, that have been unsuccessful for others.

Whilst the appeal had previously been adjourned in order to await the outcome of several linked judicial review applications dealing with the same issues, there was no request before me for a further adjournment on the same basis. I understood that the respondent had only just lodged the relevant papers in that respect and that there was no indication of a likely hearing date and, in the circumstances, did not consider it appropriate to postpone the matter any further.

Seems like there may be a test case of some kind in the wings.

okay bro if you provide us prove then leav us alone coz you tell me how would you trust someone without even know that oerson will win case for us or nt..no offence but plz ask Mr Marfat to send us any sucessful appeal or either post it here i am sure you b able to hide name and this will not effect thier confidentiality..

Well some people were successful on appeal as you can see from the links I have posted. The only problem is that UKBA appealed that decision and won.

I don't have the link anymore and I am not going to trawl through a year's worth of unreported determinations.

it seems that you are not honest here in board. if your appeal allowed you can get copy from your lawyer and if you are interested or welwisher you could upload your decision.

hope it would not be any problem for you because UKBA did not challange your decision and its over 6 weeks. so you better post your decision for us.
