Tier 1 Entrepreneur

I am going to apply for tier 1 Entrepreneur.I have done Acca but i have not done my Oxford Brookes University degree yet.I am just wondering if i apply for naric Equivalence, will i get exemption for Ielts or not.Uk Naric will only state that it is equivalent to Uk standard Bachelors.But i am still confused as ukba states that degree must be taught in English and its level must be equivalent to C1.Please help.
