Hi,
Anyone still waiting from August club?
I applied on 17th August and got acknowledgement on 21st august. No sign yet. I applied via spouse route. I tried contacting UKBA for update but now they do not take any queries over the phone.

any advise?

My advice is wait until 6 months and then contact your MP ASAP. I'm convinced that our MP's intervention is what prompted the HO caseworker to get on with processing my wife's application.

BTW, these posts will be deleted soon. The moderators don't like us discussing this topic here.

I presume that spouse applications may take longer than other cases. I saw this trend, but again it varies case to case. Keep you fingers crossed-And Best of Luck!
