Second family member visa while first still in UK

Hello Guys

When I already have 2 family member (in-laws) in family visitors visa in UK can I also apply for another similar visa for a third family member ?

I would apply for third member just before my in-laws return

Will it goes through or would it be a problem.

Please kindly clarify.
