Renewing a travel document after ILR?

Hi,

I really need your help

recently I received my ILR and I want to renew my travel document which was just for 5 years. so when I want to apply for a new travel document, do I need to complete section 9 where a professional person needed to sign?

yes u need to complete the section 9
