dependent visa

hello
i m jannat
i need some information about dependent visa.
My husband is in PSW visa. He has been staying there for last 5 years. My questions are

1) How much money i have to maintain for maintenance fund?
2) What papers should i have to submit with application?
3) I have 2 passport.in my 1st passport there were some spelling mistake as well i had changed my address. do i need any other paper like police certificate? should i have to submit both passport or new one?
