URGENT Help required

Hi,

One of my friend has applied for Tier 2(ICT) extension, he has already given his biometric 10days back, but now he has family emergency to go to India, is there a way we can get his Visa processed ASAP and get his passport back? if anyone else have been in similar circumstance could you please help us to know what can be done, really appreciate any help.
