i am currently on PSW which is expiring soon. can i apply to tier 4 dependent with in uk?

Your wife will have to go back to home country to apply for Tier 4. You can stay in the UK while she is away (if you think you have enough leave to remain, so that your wife can go back & return with entry clearance) and then apply for her dependant (following changes introduced on 1st october). Otherwise, you both can leave the country and apply from home country. Choice is yours. See below.salman001 wrote:hi

now she got admin in uni for 3 years course.
so can she apply for tier 4 visa and can i submit my application with her as dependent with in the UK?

As far as I read this regulation about the Dependants of Students, its written that student should be studing at the level of Master's or higher. Not undergraduate. I think you need to check this one as well.
