I need advice.
I am currently on tier 2 visa. I got married in March and had to come back after 3 days due to work commitment. Later i had to change my sponsors twice and was unable to go back to Pakistan for about 6 months. My wife was studying and our intentions were to apply for visa after she finished her college and i have settled in new JOB.
We applied for her Tier 2 PBS dependent visa but unfortunately it has been refused.
We only provided the documents which were mentioned on UKBA website
• Sponsorship declarations attested by notary public.
• Attested copy of Passport main page
• Attested copy of Passport entry and exit stamp
• Attested copy of BRP
• Letter from UKBA
• Letter of BRP.
• Letter from employer confirming the job.
• Original job contract.
• Tenancy agreement and letter from Accommodation manager ( I don’t receive any bills as every thing is included in rent)
• Last 6 months pay slips ( 2 from current employer and rest from previous employments)
• Original P60 and previous two P45
• Bank statesmen’s
• Margie Certificate in Urdu and English both original.
• NADRA Marriage registration certificate original.
• Photographs of Marriage.
• My wife will be submitting copy of online application, Passport, National Identity card and her photographs.
• The visa application fee will be paid at Gerry’s Office in cash.
The visa have been refused on subsisting relationship basis.
I need guidance .
Shall i appeal against the decision or reapply which will be fastest way
What will be Evidence of subsisting relationship
i was only contact via viber hardly used phone card or any other me need urgent advice
