Hi only me and my 3 year baby are applying for OCI - should my wife need to give her attestation on any of docs?

She need not sign on the copies that you have attested. One parent's attesting is enough. But remember to take your wife's signature on the Part B of your child's application.

Thanks Ayyubi72 & imranb

Just printed out OCI part A (2 forms 1 for me and other for my daughter, each page has facility for photo and barcode) and 1 part-b (filled in online) from PDF, generated out of OCI site

only question i have is there is 34. point where we have double signature place holders...it starts like below

"I/We solemnly declare...."

as I'm applying with my daughter it requires only my sign, place and date?
