making fresh application, while withdrawing appeal

Hi,
I am in bit confused, is there anyone can give me solid answer.
I came here on student visa in sep 2009 and completed all graduation and post graduation successfully, then I applied for tie1 entrepreneur 200k visa, which was refused and appeal was dismissed as well. And first PTA was rrejected as well. Then I lodged second PTA and soon after I withdrawn my appeal by fax and submitted new tier 4 application online to avoid become over stayer.
Now after 2 days of my application I received notice of PTA refusal.
Can anyone be kind enough to clarify that I have done something right and this last PTA will or will not effect my tier4 application.

hi am in same boat my tier1 50k psw is refused hearing on 11 feb but am going to apply for tier 4 how did you got cas without passport and have you got any news of your tier4 application thanks

I am i am also on the same boat....can you please tell me how long your appeal took time after visa rejwction

Anyhow, nobody can say anything until the application decided or you heard something from UKBA.

Anybody knows how long appeal take time.....

There is a thousand's of case on pending minimum 2-3 months and maximum God knows, I know 2-3 people who are waiting since over the one and half years

interview 6/6/13
refused 25/8/13
appeal hearing 11/02/14
but am applying tier4 i want to know how to get cas without passport

Once your PTA is refused it is automaticaly withdrawn, even if you don`t inform them. Dw it will not effect your tier-4 application. just keep the proof of fax in case if somethng happens.
