If you obtained ILR due to 10 years long residency, your spouse need to switch to flr M then set (M)

Surprisingly i received my BRP on sun as i didn't know that it could be delivered even on sun. Now as i am preparing my spouse setm, what i have understood is that under old rules i don't have to show any funds in my bank account but just show transactions i-e money coming in and out for 3 months. Please correct me if i m wrong. Any advice or suggestion would be really appreciated.

My other question is that how long does it take to register a child born here and then get british passport.
Many thanks in advance.

It is probably good to give a call to HO. I had the same issue with Bio Letter, I received mine after two months and when called HO, I was told they sent the first Bio letter after two weeks of the application submitted which I didn't receive it got lost on it way and the second letter they sent which was on the way at the time of my inquiry.
Thanks Pervins - Just contacted and they advised it was sent last Wednesday 12/02/14 2nd class - so i should receive it this week.

Atleast now i know it has progressed a bit further.

thx for your input :)

Hi all..
As everyone I am following the threads of all the members
Can anyone shed some light on ilr refused cases.i have an unspent conviction on a fixed penalty through courts due to the letter not receiving me on time and is having many sleepless nights due to it. I have skimmed through the entire Foram and couldn't find any related cases.
My application was sent in oct 2013 n still awaiting response.
Application sent - 11 oct 13
Biometric done. - 1 nov 13

And waiting, waiting

( Long story of receiving the biometric letter after two weeks of submission and it wouldnt scan at the post office? and so asked the HO to resend another letter which i received on 3rd January n gave t the same day. I am guessing nowadays they are processing the october applications...in which week do u think it will be our (December applicants turn)? I hav a straight forward case too..

Most likely by end of March. My assumption is based on the number of applicants for Oct Nov Dec 2013, which is far less than July August September 2013. At least that's what the SkyDrive data shows anyway. If SkyDrive data truly represents the overall number of ILR applicants then I expect December 2013 applications to be decided by end of March.
Hi everyone,
I am new to this forum, I have been told that this is very helpful site where a lot of information is shared and discussed.
I sent following email to UKBA but unfortunately got automatic reply with loads of guidance notes.
Dear Sir / Madam
I applied for ILR on the basis of long residency 10 years legally on 07/09/213.I have a motoring offence on 08/02/2012 which was decided in the court. I disclosed this offence in the application. My application for ILR was refused on 27/01/14. The following decision was made:
"It is considered that you have, within the 24 months prior to the date on which the application is decided, been convicted of or admitted an offence for which they have received a non-custodial sentence or other out of court disposal that is recorded on their criminal record. Consequently your application has been refused under paragraph 322 (1C).
As noted above, your application has been refused under Paragraph 322 (1C), consequently it is considered that your application does fall for refusal. Therefore you do not meet the requirements of 276 B (iii).
However, it has also been considered that you have met the requirements of the Paragraph 276 B (i) and (v), it is appropriate to grant you leave to remain for 24 months under the paragraph 276 A2 of the immigration rules."
Now I would like to know that what will be the next option for me?
Can I apply for ILR again after the completion of 24 months of the offence?
Do I have to wait for two year, once the the exiting leave to remain expire, then I will be able to apply for ILR?
Can I use premium service to apply for ILR?
Do I need English test, even I have Masters Degree here in UK?
Could you please explain these in detail.
I will be grateful for your kind reply.

Regards
Can someone help me in this matter please, looking forward.
Thanks
Regards
Malik
Can u please explain the nature of your offence . For. 7 points and 400 pounds of fine ? I might be able to shed some thought

Hi Guys,
I have got a quick question. I have applied SET(LR) by using Solicitor. Application has been submitted 10/10/2013. Should i make a query to HO directly about the status of the application OR I have to go through the Solicitor.

Many Thanks
