Would be possible if my boyfriend and me marriage outside Uk with a civil partnership, and next he register that civil partnership in Uk, It could be help me to get a visa?, because I couldn't get my visa before, without marriage with him.

Marriage and civil partnership are two different things. However, the important thing is whatever you enter into needs to be recognized under UK law.

In any event, if you are married then you do not have an automatic right to a visa. There are a number of requirements that you and your partner would need to meet.

Are you in the UK at the moment? If so, what visa are you on? Do you live together? How long have you lived together? Does he have a job in the UK? Does he earn over 22,400GBP? Have you ever had an issue with UKBA or have you ever been arrested?

If your baby is British the annual income needed will be £18,600. The child won't be included in the financial calculation.

Spouse visa (Form VAF4A I think), £851, assuming you are non-EU...

Spouse visa if married outside UK, Fiancee visa if wanting to marry inside UK.

No visa without marriage unless you've two years of provable cohabitation which doesnt sound like the case here.
