Previous applications

Hey All,

I am currently filling out my British citizenship by naturalization application, and I have been asked if I have "Have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK ?" I got my Indefinite to Leave Remain visa when I was still a minor and this application was done under my Mum, so would I choose Yes to the question? And if so the next section asks "Name in which you made the application" like I mentioned before the IRL application was under my mum so would I use my mum's name or mine here?
