priority Service for wife and two kids

A quick one please.

Wife is applying for settlement from Pakistan with two kids. Can we pay for the priority Service for wife only as the all three application are posted in one bundle anyway?????

My understanding is that each applicant pays a priority fee plus the visa plus the IHS fee.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
