Problem with Given Name(s) - Urgent

Hi guys,

I have booked Tier 2 Visa Dependant application, appointment which is after 4 days. Now I realise that my wife's given name different in her new passport.

Her passport contain her given name as - HerName MyName
and in application I have mentioned - HerName

As appointment is booked, I am not sure what to do, should I cancel application?

Please reply, as I have very less time.

If you have completed the form, you can correct it by hand before your appointment.

@CR001 - Thanks a lot. Should I mention the same in Covering Letter?

Hope it will not do any problem, just one confusion, in their online application they will have other entry, are they going to refer just handed copy, not the online record?

Thanks a again. Now I feel bit of relief,cancelling application is nightmare.

Take a print out with you and correct it by hand. Many people have done this.

Just out of curiosity.. so you entered her name wrong on the visa application form or is the name on the new passport itself is wrong?

@srsw - on passport her name is correct, which is like:

On passport, Given name(s) - HerName MyName
I entered in application - HerName
