And i have my mother living with me aswel

I plan to bring my wife to the UK

How many bedrooms property would i need to show to accommodate everyone for my wife's spouse visa?

Making or having such visit could present a stronger case of subsisting relationship, however if you have other means of showing or proving subsisting relationship over the years since marriage you will be fine on the application.
