Property Inspection Report for Immigration

Post by nazni_anila » Sun Aug 18, 2019 11:07 pm

I want to apply visa for my husband who is an indian nationality. I have been advised by my solicitor that I need a Immigration Housing Survey Reports to show that I have enough accommodation in my current property. Can anyone advise that we actually need this type of documents? I was searching online and come across a company who offer this service: weblink removed by moderator I spoke to this company and they can provide the accommodatoin certificate which can be used to show that the property will not be overcrow if my husband is coming and reside with me. I will highly appreciate any information regarding this.

Regards
Nazni

I think using any outsider's weblink/contact detail is not allowed here. But anyways you would only need it if you are sharing your property with other none-related adults. Also be remembered that since there is no list of HO approved surveyor so any reasonably established surveyor/estate agent can assess and prepare it.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
