query for dependent, T1 (Ent)-ILR

Respected gurus,
My question is can a T1 (Ent) dependent apply for ILR, before main applicant, after completing 5 years in this category?
need your answer please?

Dependants ILR are issued in line with the main applicant!
Lets say the main applicant is liable for a refusal why would the HO grant the dependant.

No, they cannot. A PBS Dependent can only apply for ILR based on PBS Dependent route rules when applying at the same time as the main PBS visa holder based on 5 years residence or after the main PBS visa holder already holds ILR based on 5 years residence.

If your ILR applications fails, the dependents ILR application will also fail.
