Good afternoon
I need help please can someone help me to understand I want to register my child mn1
My child born outside uk currently living uk settle status
I got recently my citizenship
My wife pre settle status
My question i have citizenship mother have only pre settle status and child settle status can I register my child as a British citizen?

Yes you can register child.

You can register as British a child born abroad once either parent is also applying or is British AND the other parent is settled (not pre-settled).

I'm british citizen recently by naturalisation
My wife pre settle status
My child settle status
Only one parent british another parent pre settle
Child settle status
Can I register child or both parents need to be settled or british citizen?

1 parent Is British citizen ok or one British citizen and another parent must be settled status? Because child born abroad
