My company has raised Tier 2 General visa for me but the application request was refused.
Scenario:-
My Tier 2 general visa request was raised by the company twice, first time in the month of Dec 2017(for 5 years) and second time in the month of Jan 2018(for 3 years), with the following details:-
Restricted category: Tier 2 (GEN New hires under £150k)
Job title: Quality Analyst Tester
Job type: 2139 Information technology and telecommunications professionals not elsewhere classified
Outcome:-
But the request was 'Refused' both the times as it did not meet the minimum points score for the allocation of a restricted CoS.
Number of points I was eligible were 75 points:-
30 -for labour market test
25 -for salary
10- For maintenance
10 -for English test
Please help me to understand:-
1) What would have gone wrong and why the application request was refused?
2) Does an employer need to submit any documentation for 'Maintenance' and for 'English test' while applying for COS?
3) What all documents to be submitted for COS generation from the company?
Kindly let me know if I need to provide any more details.
Looking forward for your valuable suggestion.
