question about Dublin rules

Post by ParisMr » Tue Oct 06, 2015 9:28 am

like I want to claim asylum in the UK or any Dublin country

Sweden I think is part of the Dublin countries

like I want to claim asylum in the UK and I fly by aircraft then there is a stop (transit) in Sweden then to UK

example aircraft fly from South Africa to Sweden then to the UK

if I claim asylum in the UK will they return me to Sweden ?

If you are a genuine asylum seeker you claim asylum in the first safe country you land in.

I want to walk on the Moon son, but it ain't gonna happen.

If you are a genuine asylum seeker you don't have a choice, you must seek asylum in the first safe country you land in, there is no Thomas Cook Guide to Asylum Seeking.

And I did answer the question, in easy English.

Just a thought for you as you don't state what your nationality is. South Africans are highly unlikely to be successful at claiming asylum if you are in fact a South African.

Secondly, without an appropriate visa, the Stupid won't allow you to board a plane.
