Questions about Child MN1 form

Post by Gulos81 » Fri Oct 20, 2023 9:21 am

If MRN1 application is approved while in foreign country for holiday for 2 weeks, can child at a age of 9 travel back on foreign passport and current ILR BRP?

That should be ok - carrier will look for an in date card.

Thank you for your kind reply, will there be any issues at Border Force as we never received certificate yet, ILR BRP deadline is 31.12.24 but I am not sure whether it will be valid once we come back as citizenship is approved.
