I ve a questions plzz

I ve a questions plzz

I m in the uk for a year now I heard that there s changes in fees , english test ...etc my wife she is divorced her passport has my family name she got a recent new job but her name she is using at work is her name+ surname of her ex husband will this affect my FLR in the future.
-what s the fees of the application flr and ilr
-when can I apply for british citizenship
can someone please clarify to me and update me with updates of rules

It's a long road.
You need to be settled (with ILR) and hold that status for 12 months before shooting for privilege of citizenship.

Is your wife British?

If yes, then as soon as you have ILR, you can apply for British Citizenship. For ILR, you need one more FLR(M) extension and you can then apply for ILR within 28 days of reaching 5 years residence (calculated from the date you entered the UK on a spouse visa).

what about my wife s working surname which is still with her ex husband but her passport is my family name, will this affect flr?

she did in bills ..etc only her job still in her ex husband name coz she s been workin with that name for ages
