I joined my current employer around 6 months back. They are planning to add workplace pension for each employee as it is going to become mandatory from August, 2015 ( i think) by UK government (https://www.gov.uk/workplace-pensions).
For employee getting salary below 40K, the employer is going to contribute the money (might 1 or 2 % of the salary) and the same is applicable to me.
In this case, does my employer need to inform HO or provide me a increment letter or any other formality as per sponsorship rule.
