Reason for the Delay

Oxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx, passport number Axxxxxxxx, registration number GwFxxxxxxxx, I did my biometric on 26th August, 2020. registred email email address removed by moderator . I have not gotten response yet,, Colleague of mine who applied same period has gotten and my sponsor is demanding for an update and reason why I have not gotten response.
