refugee status transfer to UK

Hi All,

I am looking for some guidance related to refugee status transfer to UK.

My husband has a travel document issued in Italy but he lives and works here in the UK.
Has anyone transferred refugee status from one country to another? If so, can you explain the steps?
Or maybe someone asked for a new travel document in a country where you no longer live?

So no longer a refugee in Italy and in the UK based on spouse if EU citizen with a residence permit, so not as a refugee.
