The end date of the consecutive 90 days is specified in (m).vennk0 wrote:3. Due to this, they rejected saying I did not maintain minimum funds. Please advise if this is a valid reason as I thought ANY consecutive 90 days before 31 days from the date of application is fine
Immigration Rules Appendix E: maintenance (funds) for the family of Relevant Points Based System Migrants wrote:(m) The end date of the 90-day and 28-day periods referred to in (g) above will be taken as the date of the closing balance on the most recent of the specified documents (where specified documents from two or more accounts are submitted, this will be the end date for the account that most favours the applicant), as set out in paragraph 1B of Appendix C, and must be no earlier than 31 days before the date of application.

Need your guidance on below
As per funds requirement evidence point iii (on page 13/14 of guidance form), it says we can provide LETTER FROM BANK mentioning that minimum blanace of 630 GBP was maintained for consecutive 90 days.
In my initial application. I did provide OFFICIAL LETTER FROM HSBC BANK mentioning that I had balance of £670.61 from 01-Jun-2015 to 30-Oct-2015 (which covers consecutive 90 days). I also gave original HSBC BANK statements showing transactions for above mentioned period.
But as you are aware HSBC bank generates statement on particular day for each Customer and my statement gets generated on 04th of each month
So my statement got generated on 04-Nov-2015, they saw balance after 30-Oct-2015 until 04-NOv-2015 for which I did not claim points under funds maintenance at all as per Letter from BANK and I withdrawn money on 31-Oct-2015 to send to India to pay for VISA fees (which is almost 1,50,000 INR and it is huge amount) only after making sure I have 630 GBP until 30-Oct-2015 for which I am claiming points.
So, can anyone guide if I can submit for admin review on this point.
Also, Please advise if I need to submit all original documents again as part of admin review.
Thank you
Kalyan
So, to re-apply for Tier-1 General dependant visa. I have enough balance from 18-Nov-2015.The end date of the 90-day and 28-day periods referred to in (g) above will be taken as the date of the closing balance on the most recent of the specified documents
Can you ask bank to generate statements from date you have sufficient balance and then take 90 days from there.vennk0 wrote:Hi Naveed / Senior members,

I am planning to re-apply for visa again by showing balance (closing balance date) as 18-Feb-2016. From 18-Feb-2016 90 days back means until 21-Nov-2015 till when I have sufficient balance (i..e, more than 630 GBP)
But, since my statement is generated on 04-Dec-2015 which has transaction / balance details from 04-Nov-2015 to 04-Dec-2015 will they see balance before 21-Nov-2015 as well. If so, then I do not have 630 GBP from 04-Nov-2015 to 18-Nov-2015. Will they refuse application then also or will they consider only from 18-Feb-2016 back to 21-Nov-2015 (consecutive 90 days).
Please advise as I do not want to lose another 1000 GBP on this.
Thank you
Kalyan
I would advise you to wait further 1 more month to reduce risk of further rejection and loosing hard earned money if possible.vennk0 wrote:Hi Navid / Senior Members
I called up HSBC Bank and asked I need statement from 21-Nov-2015 but they said statement is already generated on 04-Dec-2015 which has details from 04-Nov-2015 to 04-Dec-2015. So, they will re send same statement again but cannot generate statement from 21-Nov-2015
So, my doubt is does it cause any issue as it will have balance details from 04-Nov-2015 to 20-Nov-2015 as well but 90 days will end by 21-Nov-2015 when they consider backwards from closing balance date which is 18-Feb-2016
Please advise.
