reg ILR application for dependents

Hi All
I came to UK on a tier 2 (Gen) visa and noiw have an ILR from November 2019 . I now want to apply for ILR for my wife and daughter who are here on dependent visa and have stayed for the required 5 year period . What application do I use - SET o or SET M for them (I', confused as I am now settled status) . Thanks in advance for the help

SET(O) if they hold PBS Dependent visas.

My wife started filling up the set o form but there was a question about what visa type the sponsor has ? There was no option that mentioned ILR as the answer to that question . There was a Tier 2 as an answer to that question , but then the sponsor(myself) now has ILR and not Tier 2 . How do we answer that question ? Tnank you

Select your last visa, i.e. Tier 2.
