Renew BRP Travel allowed ?

Looking for expert advice here:

My details:
I have Skilled worker visa - BRP Expiring 25-Oct-2023. I want to go home in August 2023 end and come back by mid Sep 2023. No dependents.

Question:
1) I read somewhere that BRP renew application is allowed to be applied 3 months before expiry ? Is this correct ?
2) Shall it be ok if i come back and apply on Sep End ?
3) What are the preparations to be done before apply ? As per my knowledge only new COS ?

If there is any other case which i cannot think of , please let me know.

1. You are renewing your VISA which will result in you receiving a new BRP. A BRP renewal is something different when you hold ILR and the BRP card expires.

2. You can travel and return at any time while your current visa is valid.

3. All detailed on the UKVI website.

It is not a difficult or complicated visa extension application so not sure why you think there is 'any other case'.

BRP Expiry date: 25 Oct 2023

Challenge:
I want to travel in Aug and back by end of September 2023 , i am not sure when to apply for renew BRP application. Below is my assumptions and plan to work with my employer before i travel

Question:
1) My employer told me to initiate for COS with them , they will issue me new COS.
I am aware that COS will be issued with 3months expiry.
I have also been informed that i should try to apply Renew BRP application before 28days of actual expiry. (Corrected me if i am wrong ? )

2) I want to know if my employer issue COS now with issue date as let's say 10July 2023 to 10 Oct 2023 then i shall be able to apply with this on end of Sep 2023 easily like 25 Sep 2023 ?

3) if my employer issue COS with issue date as let's say 10 Aug 2023 to 10 Nov 2023 then i shall be able to apply by end of Sep or start of October easily ?

4) if my employer issue COS with issue date as let's say 10 Sep 2023 to 10 Dec 2023 then i shall be able to apply by end of Sep or start of October easily ?

5) What date normally it will be printed in new BRP card after renewal ?
Issue date of new BRP card as = Last BRP card date + 1day ?
Issue date of new BRP card as = Date of application date ?
Issue date of new BRP card as = Date of COS issue date ?

Anything else if i do not know , please write.
Any other preparation which i need to do , please let me know.

You are free to travel and apply when you return.

You must apply within the 3 months the CoS is valid for.

You are applying for a VISA extension, not a 'BRP renewal', which is something completely different as I have already explained.

The date of your new Visa/BRP is the date of approval.

E.g. If i am going to get married then any change in COS required ?
As i know i need to apply for dependent VISA after i come back and extend my BRP/VISA.

Your CoS has nothing to do with you getting married. It is purely for your sponsor to issue to you to obtain a visa extension.

Apply for a dependent visa after your extension has been granted.

What earliest date i can apply application ?
What will be the average time HO approve application and i will get new BRP card ?
