Dear Friends,

Please, need your help and advises on the below query.

My wife launched her Tier- 2 general extension application(change of employer) using priority service and gave her bio-metrics on Wednesday(26th June 2019).

This morning, she received the below email from Home office:

Dear Mrs ****

Thank you for your Tier 2 application

Due to the Home Office’s legal obligations regarding the safeguarding of children, please can you confirm the whereabouts and welfare of {Child's name*** ****} and explain why he is not included on your application. Once we have this information for our records we should be able to conclude assessing your application.

Regards

FYI: my son is currently on a dependent visa which is expiring along with my husband's visa on the 15th August 2019.

Our plan was to apply for their visas following my visa approval.

Please, could someone advise on what will be the best course of action in this scenario?

Thank you.
