Require Help - Tier2ICT to Tier2 General / ILR ?

I had studied post-graduation in UK , I had got student visa for period 28/07/10 to 28/01/12 for the entire period i was in UK after that i applied for PSW (Post Study Work Visa) & Duration for visa grant was -: 20-12-2011 to 20-12-2013 Category T1- HS Post Study Work Visa .I was in UK until November 2013 before I went to home country.

I went back to home country on my earlier visa and did Job back in home country . I had now got ICT Visa
for period of Two Years , 20-10-2019 to 5-11-2020 with Category T2 ICT long Term Visa.

I require your expert opinion for below questions -:

1. Is there any possibility to apply for Tier2 ICT General since i have spent so much of my time in UK ?

2.Is there any possibility I have any valid route to apply for ILR ?

3.My wife is on PBS dependent Visa , Can she convert PBS dependent visa to Tier 2 ICT if she has opportunity in UK to work and her company in home country has vacancies in UK ?

Would be grateful for your expert suggestions ......

1. There is no "ICT general" visa. It is withe ICT or tier 2 general. You can only apply for tier 2 General after a 12 mo the cooling off period. Your previous time in the UK before ICT visa is irrelevant

2. You would need 5 years on tier 2 General. There is too big a a gap for you to qualifying for ILR based on long residence.

3. She could apply for tier 2 General from home country if she has a sponsor, RLMT has been done and HO has approved a RCoS. Tier 2 ICT require her to work 12 months for the sponsor in home country and have evidence of this unless being paid a very high salary in the UK.

Note that ICT visas doe not qualify for ILR based on 5 years. You need tier 2 general.
