Hi,
I got my last Spouse Visa under new July-2012 Rules.
I am on UK Spouse Visa 5-years route and my first visa of Two and half years is going to expire this year. I will apply for extension (FLR(M)) in April 2016. I want to know what are the current requirements to Apply for FLR(M):
I will send my application by post. Do i need to download FLR(M) forms, fill them manually or i have to login to UKBA, fill the forms there and finally take the printout?
I am earning more then £18,600 which fulfills the financial requirements.
What are the Test requirement? Do i need to pass the Life In UK test for FLR(M)? Also at what level i have to pass the English test?
Any further requirements & attachments, Please?
Thank you.

Paper form if applying by post.
You need to meet all the same requirements as you did for your initial visa.
LIUK is for ILR not for visa extensions.
Have you even looked at the form and guidance notes?

Hi CR001,
Thank you for this information. I have read the forms and i was bit confused about Life in UK test on page 11 & 12., which made me to ask post a question.

Knowledge of language is NOT LIUK.
You still need to meet the English A1 language requirement for your extension.
LIUK (life in the UK) is ONLY for ILR.

Hi CR001,
I have another question regarding the fees increase for Visa application in April 2016.
Before that was going to post my FL application in first week of April but now i have changed my mind and will post it between 20-31st March.
My question is, On what basis i have to pay the fee for visa application? Will it be the date, when my visa application will be received in Home Office e.g. 28th March?
Thank you.

Date of application is date of postage. You should pay current fees if received by HO before 6th April.

Hi,
I am finalising my visa application. Couple of more questions please.
First, my employer is paying me on weekly basis and my last bank statement will be uptil 19th March 16 which will not cover my last week payment. Can i print and attach last one week bank statement from my online banking?
Second, me & my wife have no joint bank account or utility bills. Is it will be ok to attach 6 each seperate letters (total 12) spreaded over last two year?
Thanks in advance.

Note: CR001 was correct at the time of posting this, but fees increased earlier than anticipated on March 18th. You will have to pay the new fee.

Can i print and attach last one week bank statement from my online banking? Ask the issuing bank to stamp the online statement. The requirement is for the last bank statement and pay slips to be no more than 28 days old, so you should be fine anyway.
Second, me & my wife have no joint bank account or utility bills. Is it will be ok to attach 6 each seperate letters (total 12) spreaded over last two year? Yes, no problem.
Thanks in advance.

Sorry for to many question but i don't want to take risk by missing any document.
Do i need to submit a full photo copy set of attached documents along with my application? I submitted a photocopied set last time when i applied for my spouse visa.

I don't think it is necessary if posting the application. It is required if applying in person though.

No, you don't. I submitted an original set of documents in Jul' 13 for my first FLR M via postal application. So the answer is based on my experience.
