Return to UK with Husband

I am English and at present live and work in Romania, in July I married a Romanian and we would both like to move to England and live out our married life together.
How do we go about this, what hoops do we need to jump through to do this.
Advice Please.

A Romanian citizen, currently, has the right to free movement in the EU/UK.

When you say you are 'English', are you British or.....?

British.

So you can both just come to the UK, no visas or 'hoops' required at this stage. Bear in mind the Brexit dates though.
