Right to remain/Live in the UK

Post by wittyguy » Thu Sep 12, 2019 2:40 pm

Hello everyone,

My father who is now 82yrs old holds an Indian Passport lives in Mumbai (India). Me and my sister and my mother are all UK citizens living in the UK.

Due to old age concerns and health reasons I would like my father to join us and move to the UK. However he is not allowed to register for GP.

If I was to bring him over as resident with a leave to remain, what visa should I apply?

Many Thanks,
Krish

Spouse visa

If one gp doesn't register then try another one in same or closest area.
