Hi Experts

You might have seen my previous threads regarding my visa issues as my wife's sponsor licence has revoked. I am tier 2 dependent until we receive curtailment letter and change to another sponsor I am I eligible to work. As my HR is asking for my visa documents as a part of every year check would it be a problem if they find out my wife's sponsor licence has revoked.

Please help me

So provide your visa. If you have not received the curtailment letter, your visa should still be ok for now. All HR do is take a photocopy of your right to work.
