No RLMT from Jan 2021??

Currently I am applying in various companies but all companies are saying they can't offer T2 sponsorship at the moment as RLMT will fail because lot of settled workers are looking for job.

So as I understand from 1 Jan 2021 RLMT will be abolished so will it becomes easier to get T2 sponsorship.
