Is RLMT required for jobs posted on SOL

Hi,

I have read on U.K Gov site that RLMT is not required for jobs in the SOL and the minimum salary is more than 30K GBP. Are there any other conditions besides that for the RLMT to be exempted. The employer is has COS.

Would the employer still need to advertise the job locally?

Can someone please confirm on the same.

Rlmt is not required at all for a SOL job.

So when the employer is applying for the Visa they should mention the Job Code and Title as per the SOL in the visa application.

You apply for the visa, not the employer. The employer only applies for the CoS.
