Hi

I just wanted to confirm that if £40800 per annum the appropriate salary as per UKBA code of Practice?

I am switching from tier 2 ICT to tier 2 general and my employer has given £40800 for 40hours/ week.
Is that fine?

That is more than enough for experienced applicants. The minimum is salary requirement for code 2136 is £29600.
