Re: April 2015 Naturalization aonpplication Timeline ONLY

PHEW! Finally, 4 famous brown envelopes (for me, my wife and two sons) have brought glad tidings today! I phoned my MP last week and then she wrote a letter to HO. It seems that contact with the MP has worked. Our applications were absolutely straight forward. No points on driving licence! No tax i...

Re: NCS Application- date of application vs date of receipt

Hi ashwini_k

I submitted my application on 01/04/15 and Hammersmith NCS officer posted my application on 02/04/15.
HO received it on 07/04/15.... but I haven't heard anything from them yet.

I'm assuming that HO will take the payment next week.....fingers crossed!

I'll keep you guys posted.

Cheers

Re: NCS Application- date of application vs date of receipt

Hi Fwd079 Thanks for sharing HO doc in Vinny's previous post where it clearly states that the date of application is the date when HO receives the application. You're right. It seems interesting, but Hammersmith NCS Officer's statement that they have an arrangement with HO seems confusing and mislea...

Re: Tier 1 (Gen) ILR granted in 15 minutes at Croydon on 31/

Hi Sak20099 CWs don't collect your file. At the registration desk, one of Home Office members of staff inputs your data into a computer and then asks you to hand in all your paperwork. It's up to you whatever you want to submit. I didn't submit my 5 years P 60s and any HMRC letters. However, I wrote...

Re: URGENT:B1 cert not arrived yet..ILR appointment on 31 Ma

Hi guys Thanks for your advice. Two more questions: You're right in saying that the English language qualification is a key requirement for the success of an ILR application. However, she was given a Trinity's letter stating that she has passed the B1 test. Q 1: Will the provisional pass result lett...

Re: URGENT:B1 cert not arrived yet..ILR appointment on 31 Ma

Thanks for your swift response, mate! Good luck with your ILR application on 31st. Does it mean that decision on the ILR application of all attendees will not be made on the appointment day? Or the case worker will make a decision on the main applicant and kids' applications. Anyone who has been in ...

I've rescheduled three times. It's not a problem. However, Croydon and Birmingham are the hardest ones to grab a slot in two weeks' time.

Hope this helps.

Rescheduling PEO appointment costs extra

Hi guys

Two quick ones:

Q 1:
If I reschedule my PEO appointment, will it cost me extra fee or the existing fee, which I have already paid, applies?

Q 2:
How many times can we reschedule our PEO appointment online?

Thanks
