Yes I agree with that and it’s correct , the only reason I wrote this it’s just because I saw the HO keep changing the requirements for EU citizen even if it’s not included within the withdrawal agreement.. I have been in uk for 14 years , I just don’t trust HO at all .. it’s just my experience.. ho...

Am %100 sure it’s not happening.. but honestly and honestly I can you tell you , never ever trust the HO and we don’t know what they will come up within the next few years ..

P60, Employers letter and HMRC letters if available Not really as she is self employed working part time and every year when she do the tax return she didn’t pay tax as she earn less the £9000 per year so the HMRC dont sent her any documents confirming paying tax as she didn’t pay tax , however .. ...

My wife planning (EEA citizen ) to apply for BC , but she is not really happy to do online application , I can see on the HO website the paper form are available now , is that paper form only for people applying from outside U.K. or we can use it for applying from inside UK

If there is no deal, the government's objective will be to maintain a pool of EU workers to keep Industry happy. I'm not sure if there's a goal of securing Poland as a friend in the EU, which would also help. Neither objective is likely to help third country nationals. I don’t really understand why...

As I explain I have already Permenant resident card ( biometric one ) issued on 2016 .
According to my understanding to your reply , even if me and my EU wife get divorced now or any time from now I still can exchange the PR into ILR in the future ?
