I just received the surrinder singh questionnaire, but it mentioned that : if you didn't provide any valid ID of you or BC, you should do now.

we asked to returned BC passport 2 month ago and recieved it,
which means we have to send it again?

i studied the document that includes the proposal of UK governments but i didn't see any thing about british citizen family who are living in UK. what do you think about that

any change of circumstances has to be send through letter to home office.

if i were you i didn't take this risk,
you have to apply for 5 years RC no PR.
no you cannot extend your family permit in uk unless you apply for RC.
